Recommendations

If items are left unsecured in an aircraft during flight, those items may end up in a new location by the end of the flight. Turbulence, abrupt maneuvers, or vibration can shift items- potentially leading to obstructions on critical flight controls.

13-1 of the Ultimate Preflight Guide explains to:

“Check the cabin for any items that are loose and/or not secured

Remove, secure, or stow those items”
